131 CAS students join Graduation rites

The Nueva Vizcaya State University graduates 131 CAS students in its 12th Commencement Exercises on April 12, 2016. Of the new Bachelor's degree holders, 88 majored in Information Technology, 26 Computer Sciene, and 17 in Math.
