Dr. Busa is New College of Arts and Sciences Dean
Posted by: nathan | Date posted: February 1, 2023Nueva Vizcaya State University has announced that Dr. Lori Shayne A. Busa will take on the role of College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) Dean effective February 1, 2023.
This appointment is part of the current administration's efforts to designate new college deans following the departure of some officials or their designation to higher positions.
Dr. Busa is taking on the challenge of leading the CAS community towards achieving the college's goal of being the number one in instruction; research, invention and creative work; extension; and professional development.
Dr. Busa's appointment as the new CAS Dean is expected to bring a fresh perspective to the college's leadership. She will replace Dr. Filemon A. Pamittan, who has previously held the position. The university is looking forward to the contributions that Dr. Busa will bring to the table in the development and progress of the College of Arts and Sciences.
