NVSU SECURES 8.4M FUNDING FROM CHED-IDIG

Nueva Vizcaya State University secured 8.4 million funds from Commission on Higher Education (CHED) for the implementation of the University project entitled “Extending NVSU e-service thru Wireless Connectivity: A COVID 19 mitigation and response.

The proposal for the Institutional Development and Innovation Grants (IDIG) for the said NVSU project was approved by the CHED Commission en banc on Dec. 9, 2021 through CEB Resolution no. R006-2021 which was also subject in the availability of the funds in the Higher Education Development Fund (HEDF) that provides assistance to the Higher Education Institutions. 

In the signed Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between CHED and NVSU, the University may already conduct preliminary preparations and pre-procurement activities while waiting for the issuance of the of the official Notice to Proceed (NTP) from the Commission.#Mark Jeremy Melad
